HelloBritney is a platform used to cultivate environmental, economic and positive change. I am dedicated to helping organizations, brands and people drive their businesses forward while creating transformation.

 

Through the work that I do, I am committed to collaborating with as many dedicated professionals of color, who are freelancers, public figures, organizers, social entrepreneurs, creatives, and with those who identify as independent firms throughout the world who are engaged in groundbreaking work within sectors like economic equality, education, innovation, social impact and environmental sustainability.

The goal of HB is to work with other creatives, small businesses, communities, and social enterprises throughout the diaspora to provide consulting and advisory services to help companies and emerging leadership communicate effectively to improve their business operations and expand outreach.

I also compile and research data that is unique to Black experiences and culture. These discoveries span more than 35 nations and hundreds of ethnic groupings. I am excited about using this data ethically to offer risk analysis, branding services, and business and financial advice to empower rising cultural talent with insightful data that can also be translated into consumer behavior, marketing analytics, and analysis of research and practices to inform policies, policymakers and to provide advisory that can foster implementation and encourage incentivized change.

 

In addition to 15 years of professional experience, both domestically and internationally, I have a BA in Business Management and Visual Communications and a specialization certificate in Economics for C-suite Managers from Harvard Business School.
