HB+IMPACT
HB+ Impact is an extension of HelloBritney.info focused on Black economic advancement, wealth, opportunity, and the systems that shape our communities.
Through data, research, historical analysis, multimedia, and original insights, HB+ Impact explores the relationship between business, technology, institutions, policy, and Black economic progress.
The platform examines where gaps continue to exist, highlights models and ideas that can strengthen economic participation, and considers how professionals, businesses, institutions, and communities can build more sustainable pathways to ownership, opportunity, and collective growth.
HB+ is rooted in a simple idea: stronger economic systems can be intentionally designed to expand opportunity, mobilize talent, strengthen communities, and create lasting impact.
Research. Economic insight. Institutional analysis. Community impact.
Why HB+Impact Exists
Understanding the Advisory Gap
For generations, access to high-quality advisory, professional networks, capital, and institutional support has not been distributed equally. These disparities have shaped who receives strategic guidance, who gains access to opportunity, and which businesses and communities are positioned to grow.
This video provides context for why HB+Impact exists.
It discusses disparities in advisory access and the broader systems that have influenced Black economic participation, while helping frame the need for stronger networks, more accessible expertise, and new models of economic collaboration.

TECHNOLOGY
Centering the needs of our communities in technology design, rather than defaulting to solutions shaped by non-Black spaces.
DIASPORA RELATIONS
Advancing international economic partnerships with African nations across tourism, finance, real estate, manufacturing, and transportation.
Expanding talent networks so Black professionals are not excluded because of socioeconomic background or limited access to traditional circles of influence. Instead of rewarding status and conformity, professional networks can prioritize capability, shared strengths, and collective advancement.
